Thomas Stanley Holland (born 1 June 1996) is an English actor and dancer. In 2017 Holland earned a global following for his breakthrough role of Spider-Man in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. When younger he performed the title role in Billy Elliot the Musical in London's West End, starred in the 2012 film The Impossible, and in the 2015 film In the Heart of the Sea. Holland received the BAFTA Rising Star Award in 2017.
