Raymond Herbert Wise (born August 20, 1947) is an American actor. His roles include Leland Palmer in Twin Peaks, the title character's human alter ego Alec Holland in Swamp Thing, henchman Leon C. Nash in RoboCop (1987), Jack Taggart Sr. in Jeepers Creepers 2 (2003), Hal Gardner in season 5 of the Fox series 24 (2006), The Devil in The CW series Reaper (2007–2009), Donald Wadsworth in Suburban Gothic (2014), Marvin in the ABC series Fresh Off the Boat (2015–), Everett Dirksen in the HBO film All the Way (2016) and Commissioner James Gordon in Batman: The Killing Joke (2016). In 2015, he won a Daytime Emmy Award for his guest performances on The Young and the Restless (2014–2016).
