Pilipinas-Universe, and crowned by 1999 titleholder Miriam Quiambao. Katherine Annwen de Guzman as Bb. Pilipinas World and Joanna Maria Peñaloza was crowned Bb. Pilipinas-International 2000 by previous year's winner, Georgina Anne Sandico.
