Manish Yadav is an Indian academician and well known author. He is currently working, as an Assistant Professor of Law, in Maharashtra National Law University, Nagpur. He has taught different subjects of law at Amity University, Jaipur National University, Jaipur, as an Assistant Professor. He has also taught as a guest faculty at Barkatullah University, Bhopal.He has served as the Consumer Advocacy Officer & Registrar to Electricity Ombudsman at Madhya Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission, Bhopal, India during 2009-2012.
Yadav has six books and more than ten papers to his credit. His recent book titled ‘ ‘Energy Laws- Regulation in Electricity Sector and Protection of Consumer Rights-Regulatory Framework’’ Foreword by Mr. Piyush Goyal (Minister Of State for Power, Coal And New & Renewable Energy) Government Of India has been published by Kamal Publishers, Delhi. His two books titled 'Telecom Disputes settlement in India’ and 'Standards of Performance and Electricity Act, 2003’ were published by Lambert, Germany.
He is on the Board of editors of many national and international journals of repute and active member of various international professional bodies like Corporate Law Teachers Association, Sydney, Australia & the International Nuclear Law Association Brussels, Belgium. He is also member of Advisory Council of Centre For Child Protection in Rajasthan Government. He is lifetime member of Administrative Staff College of India, Hyderabad. He obtained his Ph.D. (Law) from Barkatullah University, Bhopal.
