Kate Dickie (born 1971) is a Scottish actress who has appeared in television series, stage plays and films. She is known for her television roles as Lex in the BBC series Tinsel Town (2000–01) and Lysa Arryn in the HBO series Game of Thrones (2011–14). She supports the theatre company Solar Bear, which is known for its collaborations with deaf people, in part through her role as patron. Dickie is also known for her portrayal of the security operative Jackie in her 2006 feature-film debut Red Road, directed by Andrea Arnold, for which she won several awards, including Best Actress at the British Academy Scotland Awards and the British Independent Film Award for Best Actress. She again won Best Actress at the 2016 British Academy Scotland Awards for the film Couple in a Hole. Her other film appearances include Prometheus (2012), Filth (2013) and The Witch (2015).
