Jeanene Fox (born in Nassau on 15 February 1983) is a Bahamian model, actress and television character. Jeanene Fox is the daughter of Dianne Gerace, who was an Olympic high jumper and women's pentathlete, and Ulrich Fox. Her father is Bahamian and hes mother is of Italian and Scottish descent. Her brother Rick Fox is a former NBA player, actor, businessman and entrepreneur. After gaining some recognition in sports, Fox undertook a model career at the age of 15. After a number of catwalk appearances in Canada and Europe, and featuring several brands, and at the end of her studies, she moved to the United States having signed with Elite Model Management agency in Los Angeles. Fox appeared in Vanity Fair, Elle, Harper's Bazaar, InStyle, GQ, Maxim, FHM magazine, Sport Magazine Europe and in the 50th anniversary issue of Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue. She has also been featured in a number of international advertising campaigns, such as GMC Denali (directed by Antoine Fuqua), Kmart and Absolut Vodka, and very notably, in "Billions", a brand promoted by the deodorant company Axe. The ad received the Clio Award. She appeared in token roles on a number of US television series such as Ugly Betty, and in films like Big Momma's House 2. She had cameo appearances in music videos such as Q-Tip's "Vivrant Thing" (1999) and Maroon 5's "Makes Me Wonder". Very active in Italy, she is known as "la Filippona". She was featured in Yamamay's line "UPPERBRA", WIND (Italy), New Generation Mobile (or NGM Italy), she was host of Striscia la notizia an Italian satirical television program on the Mediaset-controlled Canale 5 and in 2012 in Mediaset's series Sotto. She collaborated in Fondazione Umberto Veronesi campaign against breast cancer and was in 2012 part of Final Eight of the All Star Italy Cup Basketball event held in Pesaro.
