He played college football at the University of Michigan from 1983 to 1986 and professional football for the Dallas Cowboys in 1987. In four years of college football, White totaled 1,864 yards of offense for the Wolverines. He is the founder of Gerald White International, LLC, a marketing and events company based in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
