George Lee Altman (born March 20, 1933 in Goldsboro, North Carolina) is a former Major League Baseball outfielder and Nippon Professional Baseball outfielder. Altman played for the Chicago Cubs (from 1959 to , and from to 1967), St. Louis Cardinals (), and New York Mets (). He batted left-handed and threw right-handed.
