Air Vice-Marshal Margaret Elaine West, (née Brindle; born 1961 or 1962) is a senior Royal Air Force officer. She along with Major General Susan Ridge is one of the two most senior female officers in the British Armed Forces, the first to hold a non-honorary air vice marshal or equivalent rank since the Second World War, and the first to achieve that rank in the regular forces.
