He has played roles in Regular Show, The Heat, Meet the Browns, Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, Magic Mike XXL, Horrible Bosses 2 and Jurassic World. He is known for 2011 VH1 reality television Tough Love starring Steven Ward. In 2012, Richardson appeared in a Gatorade commercial entitled, "Nightmare" along with NBA stars Kevin Durant and Dwyane Wade.
