Aykut Hilmi (born in London, United Kingdom) is an actor of Italian and Turkish-Cypriot parentage. He is known for starring in the West End theatres and is part of the Royal National Theatre company. His film credits include Mamma Mia!, Nine and Beyond the Sea. He has also appeared in several TV dramas including Zen, Spooks, The IT Crowd, One Night and played Nico Papadopoulos in EastEnders. He is currently starring alongside Keifer Sutherland as an MI5 agent in season 9 of US series 24: Live Another Day.
