Alex Lewis

Alex Lewis is a singer/songwriter and actor. Full name is Alexander Morton Lewis. Born on May 14, 1990 in the Los Angeles area. He started theater at the age of six. When he was sixteen, he taught himself how to play guitar. He did not go to college so he could focus on performing. Alex is known for his song "L.J.B.F." which he wrote about his ex. The video got over 1,000,000 views and was featured on Buzzfeed. He also wrote "Hermoine Wait For Me" which did very well on FunnyorDie.com. After that, he joined a what soon became popular Buzzfeed series, the Misheard Lyrics Crew. He is also a member of the band Lewberger https://lewberger.bandcamp.com/ alongside Keith Habersberger and with Hughie Stonefish on the keyboard. Alex also has his own YouTube channel called i8athumbtack(which is also the username for all of his social media channels). He has produced a lot of comedy sketches on the channel including, "Get the F**k Out of the Road" and "Preconcieved Notions". He has also made songs like "Procrastination" and "Awkward Silence"http://www.cbsnews.com/news/awkward-silence-music-video-sums-up-situations-weve-all-been-in/. Most recently, he made two series on the channel, one called "Kellerman Hates Fruit" about his best friend Alex Kellerman who hates all fruits so he tries a bunch. The other one is "Lewis Hates Liquor" about Alex Lewis himself who hates alcohol and tries a lot of drinks. Both series started in 2015 and ended in 2016. Also, Alex has guest starred on multiple t.v. shows including, "Shameless", "Dexter" and "Episodes". He has also been in many musicals including, "Lost: The Musical" and "Game of Thrones: The Musical". Right now he is working on making music with Lewberger and filming the occasional video.
